The CARS Fellowship is a two-year programme of structured workshops, clinical rounds, mountain retreats, and resident symposia held in Kyrgyzstan. Fellows develop teaching modules based on Entrusted Professional Activities (EPA) and international standards of evidence-based medicine, adapted to local needs and resources.
